It ranked #56 in Bob Mersereau's The Top 100 Canadian Singles, #21 in CBC's 50 Tracks: The Canadian Edition and 20th in CBC's Best Canadian Songs Ever, #18 in Chart Magazine's 1996 poll, and 14th in Huffington Post's Best Canadian Songs Ever.
