Tragically Hip – Fully Completely

Fully Completely is The Tragically Hip's third album, their first to chart in the U.S. (#40 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers) and their second to top the Canadian charts. The album spawned six hit songs in Canada, "Locked in the Trunk of a Car" (#11), "Fifty Mission Cap" (#40), "Courage (for Hugh MacLennan)" (#10), "At the Hundredth Meridian" (#18), "Looking for a Place to Happen" (#51) and the title track (#65), with only "Courage" charting in the U.S.

While not being the international breakthrough the band anticipated, Fully Completely has been universally embraced as one of the greatest Canadian albums ever, placing in virtually every poll since its release:

• Chart magazine: 6th in 1996, 10th in 2000 and 8th in 2005
• Bob Mersereau: 5th in The Top 100 Canadian Albums in 2007
• Mar*Star: 2nd in Greatest Canadian Albums in 2011
• CBC Radio: 13th in 100 Greatest Canadian Albums in 2013

It even ranked ninth in CFNY's The Top 102 Modern Rock Albums of All Time, received 4.5 stars (out of 5) from AllMusic and was named the best album you hadn't heard in 1992 by Rolling Stone (according to Thom Wong of The Tyee).
