"Brainwashed," one of the first anti-Vietnam War songs, was recorded by an obscure band from Canada. The Bossmen featured David Clayton-Thomas, who would go on to fame as the front man for Blood, Sweat & Tears, on vocals, and local jazzmen Tony Collacot on piano and Jack Mowbray on guitar. Collacott and Mowbray were later in the jazz-rock fusion band Chimo.

Click here for the censored single version. (My Roman Records 7" does have "damn" beeped out; however, I was pretty sure I had an uncensored mp3 version, but I can't find that on the Web (and have read suggestions that no such thing exists, the Bossmen having beeped it out themselves).)
