"The Brand New Tennessee Waltz" is a song on Jesse Winchester's 1970 eponymous debut album. It was also released as the B-side of the "Let the Rough Side Drag" single in 1976.
The song, which has been covered by a couple dozen artists, can be read as the story of Winchester's fleeing Tennessee to come to Montreal as a Vitenam War draft resister.
