Tom Cochrane – Life Is a Highway

"Life Is a Highway" was the first single from Tom Cochrane's Mad Mad World, his first solo album after leaving Red Rider. It was chosen as the Single of the Year at the 1992 Juno Awards, where Cochrane also won Junos for Best Male Vocalist and Songwriter of the Year. It ranked 17th in Bob Mersereau's The Top 100 Canadian Singles, 13th in CBC's 50 Tracks: The Canadian Edition, and 44th in Chart Magazine's 1996 poll.
