Barenaked Ladies – If I Had $1000000

"If I Had $1000000" is a song that Barenaked Ladies first recorded on the later version of their debut independent cassette, Buck Naked, then later included on their breakthrough independent cassette, The Yellow Tape, before finally recording on their major label debut, Gordon. (BNL may also have recorded "If I Had $1000000" on a couple of other independent cassettes, but I was never fortunate enough to be in possession of these.)

One of six Gordon tracks to chart, "If I Had $1000000" peaked at #18 on the Canadian charts. It placed #2 in CBC's 50 Tracks: The Canadian Edition in 2005 and #30 in Bob Mersereau's The Top 100 Canadian Singles in 2008.
