Sarah McLachlan – Building a Mystery

"Building a Mystery," the lead track from Sarah McLachlan's monster-selling Surfacing album, was released as a single after the first Lilith Fair concert tour.

In 1998, "Building a Mystery" won the Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, and Juno Awards for Single of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Best Producer (McLachlan also won for Best Female Vocalist). The song ranked 33rd in the 2011 Mar*Star poll and 40th in CBC's 2013 poll.
